About the Role
We are looking for a motivated person to help us attract new students and grow our social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Promote TechSphere courses and attract new students.
- Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram presence.
- Help create videos, posts, and promotional content.
- Communicate with potential students and answer course questions.
- Develop new ideas for student acquisition and campaigns.
- Track referrals and successful enrollments.

Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent Azerbaijani is required.
- English is a plus, as we will also work with expats and international students.
- Very polite, respectful, and professional when communicating with students.
- Confident and friendly communicator.
- Interested in marketing, education, or social media.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Creative, proactive, and motivated by results.
- Comfortable with commission-based work.
Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, including hands-on experience with small projects, personal projects, or independent initiatives. We value practical experience, motivation, initiative, and strong communication skills.
